What We Stock and How Ordering Works

A practical range selected for coastal Kenyan households and small traders — not a warehouse catalogue.

Betazswift's product line started as an extension of our service work: clients needed specific items and couldn't source them locally without a long wait. So we built supplier relationships in Mombasa and Nairobi, and now stock a rotating selection of everyday household essentials, small business consumables, and selected specialist items relevant to the coastal Kenya market. To place an order, contact us by phone, WhatsApp, or email. We confirm availability and pricing same day, and most in-stock orders are out for delivery the following morning. Minimum order value is KSh 500. Deliveries run Monday through Saturday within Malindi town; outlying areas are covered on Tuesdays and Fridays.

Send your list and we'll confirm what's in stock, the price in KSh, and the delivery date — all within the same business day. No waiting days for a quote.

Verified Sourcing

We only bring in products from suppliers we've vetted personally. If we're not confident in the quality, it doesn't go on our list — simple as that.

Local Delivery, Six Days

Our delivery runs cover Malindi town Monday through Saturday. Outlying areas — including communities north and south of town — are served on Tuesdays and Fridays.

What Our Product Service Doesn't Include

Clear limits mean no disappointment when your order arrives.

We're a curated local supplier, not a general importer. We don't carry heavy equipment, pharmaceutical products, or regulated goods requiring special licences. If you need a large-volume wholesale order — say, above KSh 200,000 — lead times and logistics will differ from our standard delivery model, and we'll discuss that with you explicitly at order time. We also can't guarantee availability of specific branded items whose supply chain runs through Nairobi distributors; in those cases we'll offer verified alternatives or an honest timeline. What we won't do is promise something we can't deliver.
