Booking an appointment with Betazswift means you get a named time, a named team member, and a confirmation message within 30 minutes of booking. We manage our schedule carefully so slots don't overlap and staff aren't stretched thin. Available times run Monday through Friday 08:00–18:00 and Saturday 09:00–14:00. For appointments requiring preparation — sourcing specific materials or briefing a specialist — we ask for 24 hours' lead time. Walk-in availability is sometimes possible on weekdays; call us first to check. We send a reminder the evening before every booking so nothing slips.

The night before your appointment, we send a WhatsApp or SMS reminder with the time, the team member's name, and a one-tap option to confirm or reschedule.
What Appointments Can't Guarantee
We're upfront about where external factors can affect timing.
We commit to our schedule, but some outcomes depend on conditions outside our control. If an appointment involves sourcing materials or third-party inputs — for example, a specific product that needs to come from Mombasa — delivery timelines from that supplier may affect when we can complete the work. We always flag these dependencies at booking, give you a realistic window, and update you if anything shifts. Appointments are also subject to road conditions in and around Malindi, particularly during heavy rains. We'll call ahead if we anticipate a delay — never leave you waiting without a heads-up.
